Rosie, Waldorf inspired Little Rowan Tree doll

Rosie loves to be held in your arms and cuddled - she likes adventures too, but she always looks forward to coming home to loving arms.

Special features: Roses are her favourite flowers, so she has rose buds with little green leaves appliqued on her collar, and green rose leaves appliqued on the underside of the collar. Rosie wears a sewn on pleated romper suit with a pastel pink top and a deep pink body. She has two tiny real pockets on the front of her suit which have a white velour edge.

Rosie has sweet little fingers and toes formed by thread sculpting.

Materials: Rosie is stuffed with Filges organic batting wool. Her little romper suit (sewn on) is made from beautifully soft cotton velour. Her face, hands, ears and feet are made from De Witte Engel doll skin interlock knit. Her hair is a crocheted DollyMo mohair cap. Her eyes are embroidered with Anchor embroidery thread.

Durability: Rosie's body is fully lined with doll skin interlock knit for extra strength. All seams are double sewn with Coats Nylbond thread so they can stand up to active play.

Rosie has a little fabric label sewn in the seam of her right leg with the Rowan Tree dolls logo on the front and the UKCA mark on the reverse.

Rosie comes in a handmade presentation bag with a Rowan Tree doll stamp in the corner. This bag has a simple baby soft velcro closure. The hand dyed fabric the bags are made from comes from the lovely Anne at Bluespacequilts.

Care advice:

Ideally use spot washing for any mishaps! However Rosie can also be handwashed with care if necessary.

Rosie's hair may flatten a bit over time - the mohair cap can be gently brushed with a pet slicker to fluff it up again if this happens.

Rosie is not waterproof - please take care on any outdoor adventures!
